Relais & Châteaux of Marrakech, the Ksar is a palace inspired by 14th century Moorish art. The Le Grand Salon restaurant, with a high Roman archway, opens out onto the gardens like an orange grove. In the summer, you can dine in front of the pond surrounded by majestic palm trees. The French gastronomic cuisine, created with vegetables from the kitchen garden, is based on several themes: the fillet of beef is creative and smoked, quite simply grilled or candied with spices for a more oriental flavour.
